Cortex-directed peptides. Pinealon is often confused with Epitalon because of the name.

Pinealon (Glu-Asp-Arg) is a tripeptide directed at brain tissue despite its name. Epitalon is the pineal tetrapeptide. They are different molecules with different assigned tissue.

Cortexin is an extract preparation used clinically in Russia. It is not the same class of thing as a three-amino-acid synthetic.
